The only way for Mark to accomplish his goal is with the unique Oculus Go, the all-in-one standalone VR headset that doesn't require any smartphone or android devices to carry it its tasks unlike other VR Headsets. The Virtual Reality headset with cost only $199 and it will be available for purchase around the world early next year.

Oculus Go resembles the Oculus Rift, except its white. Oculus Go sits in-between the Rift and the Gear VR but the only difference between the Oculus go and the Oculus rift is that the Oculus Rift, makes us of a computer, a head tracking sensor and a wireless controller while the Oculus Go does not make use of a computer or any smartphone before it can completely function as a virtual reality headset.
Mark Zuckerberg also said that standalone Virtual Reality Headsets like the Oculus Go are the "sweet spot" for VR. The Oculus Go's affordability makes it very unique and attractive among other VR’s, but it's really just a Gear VR that doesn't require you to insert or make use of any smartphone. The Virtual Reality  experience is closer to a mobile VR one.

Facebook's Head of Virtual Reality “Hugo Barra” said that the Oculus headset is very light, portable and made of a foam layer that conforms to your face which means it is very easy to carry along anywhere you are headed. Hugo Barra also stated that the Oculus VR Headset has the same wide field of view and it also had much improvement in its lens.

The Go ship has a new custom optical lens design, alongside improved WQHD 2,560 x 1,440 LCD lenses, which Facebook’s head of VR says is better than OLED screen.

The Headset also comes with built in spatial audio, which simply means that users do not need to attach any earbuds or headphones. The most powerful feature of the Oculus VR is that the audio system lets others hear what you are listening to and also lets other people around you know what you are doing in Virtual Reality.

Facebook's full Oculus VR family now includes four headsets namely; The Gear VR, Amazing Oculus Go, Santa Cruz, and the Oculus Rift.

To wrap it all up, the Oculus Go is binary with the Gear VR. In other words, Virtual Reality applications that already worked with the Gear VR will also work Oculus Go. That's important because it means the Go will have lots of unique features and also unique content at its launched (Early Next Year) for sale.
